Hey..............I realize that it has been almost a year since Mom dropped me at Pasado's Safe Haven and headed to Portugal. She thought she was moving there so it was a tough surrender for her. However, I must say that Elysse my mom at the sanctuary actually fell in love. And what's not to love about me?
My vet, Dr. Elizabeth Hardy of Twin Pines Vet located in Bothell, Washington had so much to do with me being able to be adopted back by Mom. Needless to say, I am grateful for all that so many did to make life grand for me. Now.....................it's time for me and my "forever" Mom to find a space where I can continue to thrive! Here are some things that will help you know more about me and what I require! FAQ's How big is BeeBo? BeeBo weighs about 65-70 pounds (BeeBo would resemble a basset hound in size & length). Where does BeeBo go potty? Outside and in one place……..creature of habit. And Mom makes sure his outdoor space is always neat and tidy. Are Pigs smart? Smarter than a dog or cat…...never forgets anything! Are Pigs messy and dirty? Absolutely not………...they don’t sweat so they will often cool off in water or mud. BeeBo doesn’t stay outside if it is extremely hot……..he prefers the comfort of his crate. BeeBo has his own crate (just like a dog). He loves his blankets and because pigs are “particular” he will cover himself up at night and go to sleep. Now………… there are many unique qualities to a pig. One of the most amazing things in a pigs life is his “forever” Mom. Who is BeeBo’s Forever Mom? Her name is Diann O’Neill and she currently resides in Issaquah where she has been the daily caregiver for her two grandsons (now 7 and 10) for the last 7 years. Diann is an assistant teacher at Mt. Si Arbor Montessori located in North Bend. She is also a silk and leather artist that uses orchids in her designs. So here’s where you come in………. BeeBo & Diann are looking for the perfect new “home” in the North Bend, Issaquah or Snoqualmie area. If you or anyone you know has a MIL, Casa, Cottage or Cabin type home that is “pig friendly” please contact us!!! We’re ready to move in June!!!! here to edit.
